Spring high performance clinics

If the program you are registering for is marked as FULL, or you are prompted the program is full please continue with the online registration. Your child will be added to the waitlist, and we will reach out if a spot becomes available or if we are able to expand the program.

Please note that participants must meet the age and skill level requirements outlined in the program description. If your child does not meet these requirements, and without prior written approval from The Pond, your registration will be transferred to the appropriate program.

AT THE BURLINGTON POND, we do not hold players back. If we deem midway through a session that your child should be a higher level clinic we will move them to the appropriate clinic! Upon Pond Instructor approval

We will not only teach players how to make a hit but also how to properly & safely receive a hit

SPRING HIGH PERFORMANCE CLINICS birth years 2019 to 2012

Spring High Performance Clinics will focus on the following:

  • Power Skating & Overspeed drills
  • Acceleration, Quickness & Agility
  • Puck control at top speed and in tight spaces
  • Passing and shooting
  • Overall performance

Skaters are grouped by birth year and calibre. We are unable to accommodate requests to skate with friends or to skate on certain days. 

How to Registration: Parents, please register your child according to birth year.

Current Level of Hockey: Is Required during online registration: Rep AAA, AA, A, MD, HL.

Skill Level:  AAA, AA, A, Advanced Skaters (not suitable for beginner players)
