The Burlington Pond is open all year round with a main focus on constant development and immediate correction. Our progressive drills touch on all aspects of skating and skill development with a concentration on efficient techniques. All Rep /Elite Clinics require full hockey equipment.

Super 5’s & 6’s
Players entering into or have played rep hockey ages 5 & 6 (or approved by Pond Instructor)
This program offers young players the fundamentals of playing hockey at the rep level. High tempo sessions revolving around power skating to advance stride, quickness, and agility coupled with overspeed drills and puck handling to develop puck control and shot.
This Program will focus on:
- Power Skating
- Explosive Quick Starts
- Edge Control incl. Crossovers; forward and backwards
- Puck handling & Passing
Head Instructor: Greg Moore & Ryan Moore
Ages: 5 & 6 years
Time: Mondays 4:40pm – 5:30pm.

REP Technical Power Skating & Puck Control
Ages: 9 – 11
POWER SKATING PROGRAM that works on all hockey fundamentals; find proper balance points and learn how to use edges efficiently.
• Overall Posture & Technique, Stride
• Transitions (Turns, pivots, mohawks etc.)
• Power, Speed & Agility
• Puck handling to develop puck control and shot.
Head Instructor: Michele Moore, Greg Moore & Ryan Moore.
Michele coaches one week, Greg / Ryan will coach the following week. They will run on a biweekly rotation.
RYAN’S ELITE EVERYTHING HOCKEY
This program is EVERYTHING hockey! Weekly classes will tune every skill hockey players need. Power Skating, Puck Control, Edge Work, Over Speed, Quickness, Shooting and much more. EVERYTHING you need! Rep players only or approved by Ryan Moore.
AGES 10 – 13 (or upon Pond Staff approval)
This clinic is designed to develop the essential skills to become a great defensemen. This is not a positional program it is a skill development program. Your player will learn the most important skills to play defense including: QUICK FEET, LATERAL MOVEMENT, PUCK MOVEMENT, EFFICIENCY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY…..
THE ABILITY TO PLAY HEADS UP HOCKEY WITH CLEAR VISION OF THE ICE
Elite Edges and Power Skating & Elite Puck Control
REP Players A, AA & AAA
Michele will focus on difficult edges, controlled movements, quick feet and powerful strides… all while staying balanced and stable.
Ryan will focus on puck control, skating with the puck, passing & shooting
This is not a class for beginners. These classes move at a fast pace and players must have a good skating base to join this session.
Wednesday Morning Skates with Michele & Ryan

Michele will coach 2 weeks in a row, Ryan will coach every 3rd week.
