Best For: Family skates, 3-on-3 hockey games (non-competitive), Friends’ casual skate
Not for: Team practices or Birthday parties (see below)

The Burlington Pond Player & Parents Protocol (no outside instructors)

Max 15 people. Arrive no more than 10 minutes early.
Bring your own pucks. No outside instructors.
Helmets required; players under 16 must be supervised.
No food or drinks in the rink or lodge.
Cancellation Policy: All rentals are final. No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows or cancellations.
Ice Repair Policy: Renters will be charged for ice repairs if excessive wear (e.g., intense drills) causes damage beyond normal use.

Birthday Parties & Special Events

SKATING – GLOW IN THE DARK – 3 ON 3 HOCKEY

Celebrate a birthday, team or company event, or holiday party. What you do with the ice time is up to you; open skating or 3-on-3 hockey. Add some extra fun with our Glow in the Dark option! We provide black lights, lasers, and neon pinnies. Guests are encouraged to bring their own glow gear (e.g., glow sticks, clothing).

To book: email info@thepond.ca to check availability. Once confirmed, a registration link will be provided. We do not hold ice times registration is required to secure booking.

Party Package $349 + HST (Up to 25 Guests on or off ice)

50 minutes of ice time (plus 10-minute resurfacing)
Followed by 50 minutes in the lodge
Tables and chairs provided
Note: Party rentals are responsible for their own food and drinks.
Have a larger group 30 to 50 guests $449 + HST

Additional Details:

Saturday afternoons available (please see dates available below)
Guests should arrive 10 minutes early
Helmet required for skaters under 18; recommended for all participants
Skate aids, skates or helmet are not available for rental
Bluetooth music system and Apple Music or guests can connect their own device (please ask staff) playlists available
Cable TV with sports channels (ask staff)
Glow in the Dark: bring their own glow clothing and objects such as glow sticks
