SMALL GROUP YOUTH SPEED TRAINING

  • Set training days and times
  • Maximum 6–8 players per group
  • Flexible weekly scheduling — if you can’t attend your regular day, you can switch to another available session that week

Sean Holmes – Off-ice Trainer

Sean Holmes Off-Ice Hockey Trainer

Sean holds a B.A. (Hons) in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and brings over 20 years of strength and conditioning experience. He has trained athletes across all levels, from youth to professional, including CFL, NHL, NLL, NCAA, U SPORTS, and OHL.

He has served as Head Strength Coach for the Toronto Rock, Oakville Blades, and Oakville Hornets High Performance Program. A former professional lacrosse player, Sean combines elite playing and coaching experience with evidence-based performance training.

Sanjay is a Certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College.

He specializes in mobility, movement quality, and strength development, blending rehabilitation principles with performance training to improve how athletes move and perform. His focus is building strength and resilience through improved functional range of motion.
