NO REFUND POLICY: Registrations are final sale. No refunds will be issued or credits will be issued for missed sessions. Registrations include clinics, rentals, parties, private lessons, camps and 3 on 3 hockey. In the event of registration withdrawal before clinic start date a credit on account will be placed towards any future registrations at The Burlington Pond. No credits will be issued after the program start date.

ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY: Online registrations require a credit card for payment. All registrations will be subject to a 13% HST Fee and a 4% Administration Fee.When credit card information is entered, the system does not charge at that point. The Burlington Pond office staff must approve all prices before your credit card is charged. In the case of a pro-rated price, the Burlington Pond Staff will adjust the price to the correct price before charging your credit card.

MAKE UP POLICY: Subject to availability. Make up sessions are not guaranteed. If the program of similar age and skill level is full, no make up will be granted. Make up sessions do not carry over to new sessions. To schedule a makeup session, please email our office prior to the missed date. Please note that make up requests submitted after a missed date will not be honoured or valid.  Makeup can occur from the first date of the program to the end date of the program. Once a make-up session has been scheduled, it may NOT BE RESCHEDULED. Make up sessions are not transferable to friends. We allow for one make up session per program. We do not offer make up sessions for Kinder Hockey, Learn to Skate, 3 on 3 hockey and hockey camps.  Thank you for your cooperation

EVALUATION POLICY: Please be aware that the first session date serves as an evaluation or the first session date player attends (late registrations). Following evaluations, if our Pond Coaches determine that your child may be better suited for another clinic, we will promptly notify you via email. Your child may also be moved to another group time as deemed appropriate. Thank you for your understanding

UNDER AGE/UNDER SKILL LEVEL POLICY: Participants MUST meet the registration requirements noted on the program description. If your child does not meet the age and / or skill level requirement, without prior written approval from a Pond instructor, your registration will transfer to the appropriate program. No refunds are issued for program transfers. If you choose to withdraw credit on account is placed.

WAITLIST POLICY: When the individual registration for a group has reached its limit. You may continue registering to be placed on the waitlist. If a spot opens up you will be notified via email. No payment is processed when registering for the waitlist spot.

ON ICE COACHES POLICY: Please be aware our on ice coaches may change depending on availability. No makeup sessions or credits will be provided in such cases. Thank you for your understandinu
