DRYLAND TRAINING AT THE POND
We are excited to introduce Off-Ice Dryland Training at The Pond — designed to mirror the fundamental traits & biomechanical movement patterns that your athlete is developing on the ice.
This hockey-specific training for ages 8* and up focuses on mobility, balance, body awareness & mechanics, acceleration, first three steps, speed/agility and power —key elements for boosting on-ice performance.
*For our younger athletes, training will be body-weight focused, emphasizing mechanics, movement patterns, and foundational strength to enhance on-ice performance. As athletes reach the appropriate age and stage of development, age-appropriate strength training will be gradually introduced.
With programs running in sync with on-ice training, we’re making it easier than ever to fit elite-level development into your schedule. Stay tuned for more details plus exclusive access to our state-of-the-art training space.
Don’t miss out—enhance your athlete’s future now!
