Train When It Works for You

Your schedule is busy your training should fit around it. Bring your goals, your schedule, and your commitment. We will provide the coaching, guidance, and support to help you succeed.

Flexible training sessions are designed around your availability, with evening and weekend appointments available to make reaching your goals easier.

Sean holds a B.A. (Hons) in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and brings over 20 years of strength and conditioning experience. He has trained athletes across all levels, from youth to professional, including CFL, NHL, NLL, NCAA, U SPORTS, and OHL.

He has served as Head Strength Coach for the Toronto Rock, Oakville Blades, and Oakville Hornets High Performance Program. A former professional lacrosse player, Sean combines elite playing and coaching experience with evidence-based performance training.

Taylor brings 25+ years of playing experience and 12+ years of coaching experience, including time as a former NCAA Assistant Captain and Team Canada athlete. She holds a B.Sc. from Cornell University and an M.Sc. in Sport & Exercise Psychology.

She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and ISSA Certified Trainer, specializing in biomechanics, strength development, and performance training. Her approach is evidence-based and focused on long-term athlete development.

Sanjay Manjania – Off-ice Trainer

Sanjay is a Certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College.

He specializes in mobility, movement quality, and strength development, blending rehabilitation principles with performance training to improve how athletes move and perform. His focus is building strength and resilience through improved functional range of motion.
